Bryson Tiller delivers greatness with “T R A P S O U L” (Review)

Bryson Tiller came into the music industry with the sound that Drake had mastered, but he made it his own. He can sing, rap, write, and produce. He’s the next big thing. Almost every song on his soundcloud has 1 million or more listens, with his biggest hit Don’thaving over 35 million listens.

Bryson starts the album with Intro(Difference) which flows beautifully into the second song on the album “Let Em Know” . The transitions from each song on the album is absolutely amazing.

The highlight of the album is “Exchange” which has Tiller talking about an old flame he did wrong and is willing to change and make it up to her.

But, unlike his 2011 mixtape Killer Instincts, Bryson raps a whole lot more. The big songs that boast young Tiller’s rapping abilities are “Ten Nine Fourteen,” “Rambo,” “502 Come Up,” and “Sorry Not Sorry.”

The best thing about his raps is that they are real and raw; he is straight up about everything. This is a really different side for Bryson, who decided he needed to rap more to attract more male fans. He has accomplished that because he has a huge male fan base consisting of major stars like Drake, Miguel, PartyNextDoor, and many more. Bryson Tiller is an emerging artist who is bound to be something amazing.
