Chenta Shirley is a senior at Carlisle High School and this is her second year on the periscope staff. She plans on graduating in the spring of 2015 and attending college that fall. She has lived in Carlisle for most of her life and loves her hometown. In her free time, she enjoys hanging with friends and listening to music.
