Rowan Young is in her third year as a member of the Periscope staff.  She will be serving as the Editor-in-Chief on staff this year! In her free time she enjoys writing, going to the theater, and playing with her cats. Rowan is on Senior Class Council, Model UN, and in the Shakespeare Troupe.  She is very excited to see everything that the Periscope staff will accomplish this year!

The roads and roofs alike are blanketed in snow.

If you look closely there is a car totally covered with plowed snow Sunday morning.

Mooreland Elementary in the thick of the snowstorm.

Neighbors came out all over town and helped shovel out each other's cars.

With the help of some friends, clearing the snow will be faster and hopefully easier.

The Harrisburg Youth Symphony Orchestra is made up of teens from central PA and performs at the Forum in Harrisburg.
