Peach Pie Recipe Level: Easy

Ingredients
1 box Pillsbury pie crusts
Glass pie pan
Lucky Leaf peach pie filling
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425
- Put pie crust in pie pan and poke a hole in the pie crust
- Pour pie filling onto the crust
- Create lattice with second pie crust, cut into 2 inch strips.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until golden brown on top.

Thanksgiving Turkeys Recipe Level: Easy
These tasty turkeys will serve as decor and dessert for your holiday dinner.
Ingredients
1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
30 candy corns, plus 6 white tips of candy corn
6 Oreos (or similar cookie)
6 mini peanut butter cups
6 malt balls
1 cup of red frosting (vanilla + red food coloring)
6 Oreos with tops removed
Directions
- Put chocolate chips in a bowl and melt (there are several different methods, whichever one you prefer)
- For the turkey, use the whole Oreo and take 5 candy corns, tip side down and insert into the Oreo cream to make the feathers. Place on your work surface.
- Dip the flat part of the peanut butter cup into the melted chocolate. Let the excess chocolate drip back into the bowl. Place the chocolate dipped end onto the Oreo.
- Dip the malt ball into the melted chocolate, letting the excess dipped off. Place the malt ball above the peanut butter cup on the Oreo to make the head.
- Dip the flat end of the white tip of the candy corn into the chocolate and place on the malt ball to make the beak. Place in fridge until chocolate sets (10 minutes).
- Mix the frosting and the food coloring together until color desired.
- Put the red frosting in a piping bag and pipe under the malt ball to make beard.
- Place the finished product onto a split apart Oreo cookie (cream).
- Repeat until 5 more turkeys are made.

Layered Mocha Recipe Level: Medium
It’s supposed to snow for Thanksgiving; here’s a drink that is perfect for snuggling on a cold day.
Ingredients
½ cup of whipping cream
½ cup of semisweet chocolate
2 ½ tablespoons sugar, divided, plus a little more for taste
1 cup hot brewed espresso
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)
Directions
- Place cream in a bowl and chill until very cold; about 15 minutes. Fill 4 heatproof glasses (6-8 oz each) with boiling water.
- In a small saucepan over high heat, bring ¾ cup of water to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and whisk in chopped chocolate until smoothly blended. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar. Continue stirring over medium-low heat until the mixture slightly thickens and coats the spoon in a thin layer; 3-5 minutes. Cover and keep hot.
- Whip cream with 1 tablespoon of sugar until think but before peaks form. Mix remaining ½ tablespoon of sugar with hot espresso.
- Drain the water from the glasses. Pour ¼ of hot chocolate into a glass. Hold a spoon, concave side down, at a 45 degree angle so that the tip of the spoon touches the inside of the glass. Very slowly, pour ¼ of espresso over the back of the spoon. Repeat for each glass. Spoon thick cream over espresso, sprinkle with cocoa powder if preferred. Serve immediately.
