Clear out your closet for new spring fashion
Every time a season begins to change, questions arises out of many. What will I wear this season? What’s hot, what’s not? Should I upgrade my wardrobe? Time for spring cleaning?
With the oncoming spring, new fashions are about to emerge from the dark depths of winter; new ideas, bright colors, and bold combinations all add to the outstanding mixture of fashions coming forth.
Colors and designs are arriving this spring with a return of animal prints, floral designs, polka dots, pastels, turquoise, and exciting colors such as neons. All of these colors and designs are being brought to the table to make a mixture of distinctive fashion statements for the spring of 2015.
Since its spring, it’s time to shed some layers, but you still want to be conservative (and follow the dress code). Dresses are going to be a popular article this year, but with the slightly chilly spring breeze it’s best to cover up with a light, flowing cardigan to finish up the look.
Believe it or not, denim is about to pop back up into the fashion industry, even though it has never truly left. Not just skinny jeans, but bell bottom jeans along with the long forgotten overalls will be seen in different styles.
The term “one-piece” isn’t just used in reference to bathing suits anymore, but to an outfit that is pants and a shirt all combined into one piece of fabric. Also, shirts with text on them are coming back into play in the world of fashion, making basic plain colors take a step back.
We can’t forget about accessories! Shoes with the colors of white or neon are making a popular approach this year, to brighten things up a bit. To add an accessory to the dress you’re planning on wearing, waist belts are seeming to be on virtually every dress.
Overall, the fashion industry is always changing so it’s hard to keep up with all the new fashions. Colors and designs are going to be the major piece in this year’s fashion. But fashion isn’t everything: be yourself and make your own style.

I just went shopping the other day for some new clothes for spring and I noticed how so many trends that were popular when my parents were in school are coming back!! That’s crazy! And coincidentally, I am investing in some overalls for summer 🙂

I can’t wait until spring/ summer weather. I really don’t like being cold and during spring and summer times you get to dress more comfortablely

This story is great, I can already imagine going into all the stores and having bags all up my arms of dresses, skirts, and accessories! Cant wait for the cool breeze, blue skies, and shining sun!

I really love whenever Spring comes because we can finally kiss the snow and cold weather goodbye. I have a new taste in spring fashion by getting more pastel colors. I usually wear a lot of black and dark colors. But since it is spring I should try something new and get floral shirts and bright colors.

I am very excited to see what stores are going to put out this spring season! Although, I hope I don’t see any animal print and neon clothing items!!! I am hoping for LOTS of floral designs and pastel colored accessories and clothing. I love spring fashion 🙂

I really enjoy Ryan’s weird community aid t-shirts, they genuinely enrich my quality of life. However, I definitely plan on wearing some florals this spring and summer. It really makes feel like I am in a happy, spring-y mood. They also go well with lots of other things, like leather, denim, suede, or even stripes! I love mixing prints, honestly. Also, you can dress them up or down, which is important for going from place to place when you are a busy student.

If anyone is concerned about Spring fashion it’s me. My favorite part of spring is being able to wear athletic shorts all time. Winter is to Sweatpants what Spring is to athletic shorts. However, I do have to disagree with your bold assertion that there will be a “return of animal prints, floral designs, polka dots, pastels, turquoise, and exciting colors such as neons.” I plan on wearing none of these colors and will continue to shop at Community Aid buying weird T shirts.
