Scope: What are your top three priorities if elected? 

GR: Regulatory Reform, Energy and Supply Production, Economic Opportunity and Business Climate.

Scope: Pennsylvania is a major swing state; if elected how do you plan to unify the state population? 

GR: I have advocated for civility, kindness and bi-partisanship in all my campaigns and in my 7 years in the House of Representatives. We are all Americans and democracy requires civility to function best.

Scope: What are your plans for alleviating higher education costs? 

GR: The largest cost of higher education is staff and personnel. There needs to be more accountability and less layers of Administrators who aren’t actually teaching or instructing. Competition with non-college alternatives will also lower the costs are universities will have to compete against other options.

Scope: Where do you stand on Roe v. Wade and Obergefell v. Hodges and how do you plan to act on your position? 

GR: I support the regulation of abortion by the states with exceptions for pregnancies resulting from rape, incest or to save the life of the mother. I believe in the sanctity of all human life and think it should be protected as best we can.

I don’t believe the government should sanction, regulate or prohibit marriages amongst consenting adults regardless of their sexual preferences.

Scope: Gun violence in schools is a worry for many school students across the state. If elected, how do you plan to combat this in office? 

GR: I have advocated and support school resource officers, safety assessment and improvements and anti-bullying legislation to stop school shootings.

Scope: Why should high school students vote for you? 

GR: If my efforts succeed, economic opportunity and freedom to prosper and participate in the greatest and most consequential free market in history awaits you as graduate.
